Player One

I bought this pc and it arrived while I was on vacation. When I got home I found out that the features I paid extra for weren’t included. I paid extra for more storage and more ram but relieved the base model when I contacted customer service they said it was too late to do anything about it.

I needed to replace two older machines I had bought after support for Windows 10 had ceased. I ordered two new Player Ones on the advice of a family member after purchasing two new computers from another well-known brand and having them both fail on me. These Player Ones are superior in every way to the two "other brand" computers I had to return for a refund. The Player Ones offer unparalleled value for the money. The high build quality and attention to detail are evident right out of the box. Set-up was as easy as it should be, pretty much plug and play. Couldn't be happier with these machines and highly recommend this model for people like me who need a fast, powerful, reliable machine to run their office with the ability to the play a modern game or two as well.

Have only been using it for a few days so far but it’s been running perfectly and was simple to setup. Only issue if any I have would be the lack of a headphone jack but I got a workaround by using a headphone jack to usb adapter.
